Getting started
The basics before you sign up.
An online technical school, in French. We publish career tracks bought once and accessible for life: each track is a sequence of courses leading to a job, with a verifiable certificate at the end.
A sequence of courses in the order of the job, each split into short video lessons, and depending on the track, exercises graded in the browser. The full programme, course by course and lesson by lesson with durations, is shown on each track’s page: what is written there is exactly what the learner space contains.
No. The first course of each track starts from zero. The following courses assume you have taken the previous ones: that is why they are numbered in this order, and each course’s level is shown on the track page.
It depends on the track: the total lesson time is shown on its page, from a few hours to several dozen. At three hours a week, allow a month for ten hours of lessons; nothing stops you going faster. There is no deadline: access is for life.
Yes. On the tracks that offer them, some lessons are open to everyone, without creating an account, from the track page: they are enough to judge the pace, the voice and the density of the content. And the full programme, with durations, is public on every page.
Learning
How the lessons work.
A narrated animated presentation: slides that unfold in time with a French voiceover, with the code on screen. It all plays in the browser, nothing to install.
Not to watch the lessons: everything plays in the browser. To practise, it depends on the track: Python installs on your machine, so does Power BI Desktop: and in both cases the first course guides you step by step.
Yes, lesson by lesson. Close the tab mid-chapter and come back later: your learning space takes you back where you were. A lesson left unfinished starts again from the beginning.
No. Lessons play online: they're reserved for enrolled learners and are not downloadable.
Yes, the learning space and the player work on a phone. To read code comfortably, a larger screen is still better.
Any recent browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Brave. JavaScript must be enabled.
Payment and access
What you pay, and what you get.
Each track has its own price, shown on its page and in the catalogue. It is a one-time payment per track: no subscription, no renewal, and access stays open afterwards with no time limit.
Directly online, from the path's page: you pay with Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Orange Money or Airtel Money) and your access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Any trouble? Write to us at contact@savoira.com.

You benefit without paying anything more: updates to a track are included in its original purchase.
Oui, 30 jours, sans avoir à vous justifier. Une seule exception, écrite dans les Conditions : la garantie s’éteint si vous avez achevé plus de 30 % du parcours, téléchargé l’intégralité de ses ressources, ou obtenu son certificat. Elle existe pour décourager les abus, pas pour vous piéger.
Écrivez à contact@savoira.com depuis l’adresse de votre compte, en indiquant le numéro de reçu. Nous n’avons pas de formulaire à vous faire remplir ni d’argument à vous opposer : le remboursement part sous 10 jours ouvrés, par le même moyen que le paiement.
